Meet the Speaker: Rosa A. Indenbaum (Director of Operations for Trase)
Rosa Indenbaum works at the Swedish Environment Institute Headquarters as the Director of Operations for Trase, the Transparency for Sustainable Economies initiative. With over a decade of experience in organizational management and leadership, Rosa specializes in building and managing international, multicultural teams. She focuses on diversity, equity, and inclusion, leveraging her lived experience to foster effective intercultural leadership.
This session will include a 30-45 minute talk followed by an interactive Q&A session.

The Youngpreneurs project aims to create learning and career opportunities within the EU by putting the professional participation, employability and entrepreneurial development of young women in the perspective of acquiring social and entrepreneurial skills for application in self-employment or social entrepreneurship in line with the European Partnership for Inclusion.
The project supports young women in enhancing their skills, knowledge, and competencies through a newly adapted training package focused on leadership, intercultural management, and effective team-building.
Youngpreneurs aims to promote social inclusion putting at the heart of our work young women with fewer opportunities.
